MIXER SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING A COSMETIC PRODUCT AND COSMETIC CAPSULE. FR 3,057,743 - A1 ft ”) The invention relates to a mixing system for manufacturing a cosmetic product. The invention also relates to a capsule (7,8) containing a cosmetic compound. The mixer system makes it possible to manufacture a cosmetic product from capsules (7, 8) comprising the raw materials necessary for the composition of such a cosmetic product, namely the cosmetic texturing agent, the cosmetic active principle and, where appropriate , a cosmetic fragrance. The invention finds its application in the field of the cosmetic industry. MIXER SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING A COSMETIC PRODUCT AND COSMETIC CAPSULE [001] The invention relates to a mixer system for manufacturing a cosmetic product. The invention also relates to a capsule containing a cosmetic compound and intended for use with the mixing system. In a manner known per se, cosmetic products, for example hydrating and / or anti-wrinkle creams, are composed in particular of a fatty material forming the fatty phase and containing in particular vegetable oils, butters, emulsifying waxes for use cosmetic, of an aqueous phase generally containing pure or floral water, or else any agent soluble in water and of at least one adjuvant called active principle conferring on the cosmetic product the desired efficiency. For example, this active principle can be an anti-aging active like hyaluronic acid. In addition, the cosmetic product may include a natural or synthetic fragrance, which makes the application and use of the cosmetic product more pleasant. However, the cosmetic products in the form of an emulsion available do not offer the possibility of freely choosing their fat composition, active principles and perfumes, the fatty phase influencing in particular the texture of the cream, its viscosity, its spreading power, its feeling on application. In addition, the consumer cannot always find the desired combination of fat - active ingredient - fragrance. The present invention aims to overcome the above drawbacks of the prior art. To achieve this goal, the invention relates to a mixer system for manufacturing a cosmetic product comprising: • A reservoir of liquid, in particular water; • A liquid pump connected between an outlet of the liquid tank and the inlet of a liquid supply line; • A mobile tray that can be controlled to rotate about a vertical axis and comprising two compartments adapted to respectively comprise two capsules, one containing a cosmetic texturing agent and the other a cosmetic active ingredient and means capable of expelling by pressure the contents of each capsule outside of its corresponding compartment in which it is housed; • A mixing device comprising on the one hand a container placed under the movable plate controlled to position above the container the compartment containing the capsule of texturing agent and the compartment containing the capsule of active principle in order to receive the texturing agent and the active ingredient expelled from their respective compartments, the container being in fluid communication with the outlet of the liquid supply pipe for introducing liquid into the container, in particular after expelling the texturing agent into the container and on the other hand a mixing member housed in the container and capable of creating in this container the cosmetic product from the mixture of liquid, cosmetic texturing agent and cosmetic active ingredient contained in the container. According to another feature, the mixing member is a propeller mounted at the bottom of the container on an axis coaxial with the latter, passing through the bottom wall of the container and being able to be driven by a motor, notably an electric motor mounted in the mixer system. In another feature, the container includes a timed valve opening in its bottom wall to allow the flow of the hot cosmetic product in a cosmetic product storage bottle. In another feature, the movable tray includes a funnel-shaped compartment that can be brought above the container to put the outlet of the liquid supply line and the container in fluid communication. According to another particularity, each capsule comprises a cylindrical wall, a bottom wall with a central orifice closed by a frangible cover and a wall forming a piston housed in the cylindrical wall with the texturing agent or the corresponding active ingredient contained between the bottom wall and the wall forming the piston and in that the pressure expulsion means comprise a rod movable in translation by means of a motor, in particular an electric motor mounted in the mixer system, capable of exerting pressure on the wall forming piston of each capsule housed in its compartment of the movable plate causing the piercing of the cover of the bottom wall of the capsule and the forced flow out of the capsule of its content into the container located under the outlet of the corresponding compartment. In another feature, the movable plate is rotationally controlled by means of an electric motor in particular mounted in the mixer system, so that the pressure expulsion means can cause the successive forced flow of the contents of each capsule housed in its corresponding compartment of the movable tray. In another feature, the mixer system comprises an electric resistance block interposed between the liquid pump of the mixer system and the liquid supply line and intended to heat the liquid, and in that it comprises means heater disposed in the compartment capable of receiving the texturing agent capsule, this heating means surrounding the cosmetic texturing agent capsule housed in the corresponding compartment to melt the texturing agent contained in the capsule before expulsion by pressure texturing agent in the container by means of pressure expulsion. In another feature, the mixing system comprises a solenoid valve arranged in the liquid supply line to control the circulation of liquid in the container. In another feature, the mixer system comprises a flow meter connected to the liquid pump of the mixer system and in that it comprises a suitable control means, when the movable plate is positioned so that the compartment in the form of funnel puts the outlet of the liquid supply line and the container in fluid communication, to open the solenoid valve to ensure circulation during a given time interval of a determined volume of liquid in the container and calculated from flowmeter data. In another feature, the mixing member comprises a piston forming the bottom wall of the container and a plurality of radial fins integral with the piston and projecting from the upper face of the piston which is able to be driven in rotation with the fins, when the removable container is mounted on the mixing system, by a toothed crown mounted in a support base of the container coaxially with the latter and whose axial teeth located on the same side are coupled to the piston, which toothed crown can be driven in rotation by an electric motor of the mixer system. According to another particularity, the mixing member of the mixing device makes it possible to produce an emulsion from liquid coming from the tank, from molten cosmetic texturing agent and from cosmetic active principle coming from the two compartments of the movable plate, and the case appropriate cosmetic perfume from the third compartment of the movable tray to make the cosmetic product. The invention also relates to a bottle for storing and distributing a cosmetic product produced using a mixing system as described above, comprising the container removed from the mixing system and filled with the cosmetic product produced and a head closing the opening of the container opposite the piston and comprising a cosmetic dispensing pump and a trigger which can be actuated manually to dispense a volume of cosmetic product at the outlet of the head when the trigger is pressed and create a depression in the container causing the piston in the container to move towards the head to fill the volume of cosmetic product dispensed. The invention also relates to a cosmetic capsule comprising a cosmetic compound and intended for use with the mixing system as described above for producing a cosmetic product, the capsule comprising a cylindrical wall, a bottom wall with a central orifice closed by a frangible cover and a wall forming a piston housed in the cylindrical wall with the cosmetic compound contained between the bottom wall and the wall forming a piston. In another feature, the bottom wall of the capsule and the surface of the piston wall located opposite the bottom wall of the capsule have substantially frustoconical complementary shapes. In another feature, the bottom wall of the capsule comprises a tubular ring of circular section projecting coaxially from the orifice of the bottom wall outside the capsule. In another feature, the opening of the cylindrical wall of the capsule located opposite the orifice of the bottom wall is sealed by a circular and frangible membrane. The invention also relates to the use of a mixer system as described above with two capsules each as described above and comprising respectively a cosmetic texturing agent and a cosmetic active principle for producing a cosmetic product. In another feature, the mixer system is used with a third capsule containing a cosmetic fragrance. The invention will be better understood, and other objects, characteristics, details and advantages thereof will appear more clearly in the explanatory description which follows, made with reference to the appended drawings given solely by way of example illustrating a embodiment of the invention and in which: - Figure 1 shows a three-dimensional perspective view of the mixer system according to the invention; - Figure 2 shows a top view and perspective view of part of the mixer system of Figure 1 comprising a movable plate; - Figure 3 shows a perspective view from below of the movable plate of Figure 2, one outlet of a compartment is in fluid communication with a container of the mixer system of Figure 1; - Figure 4 shows a perspective view of a winged piston forming the bottom wall of the container of Figure 3; - Figure 5 shows a perspective view of a ring gear intended to drive the piston of Figure 4; - Figure 6 shows a perspective view of an alternative to the winged piston of Figure 4, showing a mixing disc with fins; - Figure 7 shows a perspective view of the piston of Figure 6, showing a drive disc of the mixing disc; - Figure 8 shows a perspective view of an alternative of the ring gear intended to drive the piston of Figure 6; - Figure 9 shows a perspective view of a cosmetic capsule according to the invention. With reference to the figures and according to the invention, a mixing system for manufacturing a cosmetic product will now be described. The mixing system comprises a liquid reservoir 1. This liquid reservoir 1 comprises an internal wall separating the reservoir 1 into a first liquid compartment and into a second liquid compartment, the respective functions of which will be specified below. The first liquid compartment comprises the aqueous phase entering into the composition of the cosmetic product, and which is preferably demineralized water or floral water (that is to say a hydrosol), but it can also be act with a more complex aqueous liquid composed of water and additives such as glycerin or a polymer allowing the creation of a three-dimensional network. The second liquid compartment includes pure or demineralized water, or simply tap water. In the following description, the first and second liquid compartments will be called first and second water compartments. The mixer system comprises a liquid pump 2 controlled by a control means of the mixer system and the inlet of which is connected at the outlet of the first water compartment of the tank 1. The control means is for example an electronic circuit supplied with electricity via a transformer included in the mixer system and connected to the household electrical network. For simplicity in the following description, this liquid pump 2 will be called water pump 2. The water pump 2 is adapted to ensure the circulation of water from the first water compartment of the tank 1 to a pipe. liquid supply line 3, which will be named in the following description for water supply line 3 for simplicity. This supply line 3 ensures the flow of liquid used for the manufacture of the cosmetic product in a mixing device of the mixing system, as will be explained below. The mixer system further comprises a cylindrical movable plate 4, resting on a first support 26 secured to the casing of the mixer system and capable of being controlled in rotation about a vertical axis 14a connected to a motor 14 secured to the casing of the system mixer, for example an electric motor. This movable plate 4 comprises at least two compartments 5, 6, preferably three compartments 5, 6, 10, formed in the body of the movable plate 4. In addition, the bottom wall of each compartment 5, 6, 10 comprises at its center a circular through hole 5a, 6a, 10a whose function will be explained later. The compartments 5, 6, 10 of the movable plate 4 are intended to house capsules 7, 8 containing various compounds for the preparation of the final cosmetic product. The first compartment 5 of the movable tray is adapted to accommodate a capsule 7 containing a cosmetic texturing agent. This texturing agent is preferably a cosmetic fat, optionally added with an emulsifier based on amphiphilic molecules. Alternatively, this texturing agent is a polymer for cosmetic use, for example a polysaccharide such as xanthan gum or a polymer of acrylic acid of the carbomer type. For simplicity in the following description, this capsule 7 of cosmetic texturing agent will be called cosmetic fat capsule 7. The second compartment 6 of the movable tray is adapted to accommodate a capsule 8 containing a cosmetic active principle, that is to say a compound known for its cosmetic properties, for example anti-wrinkle or moisturizing. In addition, this capsule 8 can comprise a preservative mixed with the cosmetic active principle. The third compartment 10 of the movable plate is in turn adapted to accommodate a capsule containing a cosmetic perfume, to perfume the final cosmetic product. Each capsule 7, 8 comprises a cylindrical wall 30, a bottom wall 31 with central opening 33 and a wall forming a piston 32 housed in the cylindrical wall 30. Thus, the cosmetic compound contained in the capsule 7, 8, qu '' it is the cosmetic fat, the cosmetic active ingredient or the cosmetic perfume, is found in the cylindrical wall 30 between the bottom wall 31 and the wall forming the piston 32. Preferably, in order to avoid any contamination of the compound contained in the capsule, the central orifice 33 is sealed by a frangible cover 35. In addition, the movable plate 4 includes a funnel-shaped compartment 13 which can be brought above the mixing device, to put the outlet of the water supply pipe 3 in fluid communication with the device mixer. Alternatively (not shown), the outlet of the water supply pipe 3 is arranged directly in fluid communication with the mixing device. The mixer system further comprises means 9 for expelling by pressure the content of each capsule 7, 8 out of its corresponding compartment 5, 6, 10 in which it is housed. The expulsion means 9 comprise a preferably electric motor 9a secured to a second support 27, itself secured to the casing of the mixer system and arranged opposite the movable plate 4 at a distance from the latter, so that the movable plate 4 is disposed between the first and second supports 26, 27. The expulsion means 9 also comprise a rod 9b movable in translation by means of this motor 9a. This rod 9b is thus able to exert pressure on the wall forming the piston 32 of each capsule 7, 8 housed in its corresponding compartment 5, 6, 10 of the movable plate 4, which causes the frangible seal 35 to be pierced. 'central opening 33 of the capsule 7, 8 and the forced flow out of the capsule of its contents. The products contained in the capsules 7, 8 will flow successively through the through holes 5a, 6a, 10a respectively of the compartments 5, 6, 10 of the movable plate 4, as will be seen later in the description. Preferably, in order to optimize the expulsion of the contents of the capsule 7, 8, the bottom wall 31 of the capsule and the surface of the wall forming the piston 32 located opposite the bottom wall 31 have substantially frustoconical complementary forms. In addition, the bottom wall 31 of the capsule may comprise a tubular ring 34 of circular section projecting coaxially from the orifice 33 of the bottom wall 31 of the capsule. Thus, when the capsule 7, 8 is housed in its compartment 5, 6, of the movable plate 4, the tubular ring 34 is housed in the circular through hole 5a, 6a, 10a of the corresponding compartment 5, 6, 10. In this way, the content expelled from the corresponding capsule does not come into contact with the cylindrical surface delimiting the through orifice 5a, 6a, 10a of the corresponding compartment 5, 6, 10. In the presence of the tubular ring 34, the seal frangible 35 is glued to the free end of the ring 34 so as to seal the central orifice 33 The mixing device comprises a container 11 placed under the movable plate 4 controlled to position successively above the container 11 the outlet 5a, 6a, 10a from each of the compartments 5, 6, 10 and the outlet 13a from the funnel-shaped compartment 13 of the movable plate 4, so that the container 11 can successively receive the water, the cosmetic fatty matter, the active ingredient and, where appropriate, the cosmetic perfume expelled from their respective compartments 13, 5, 6, 10. The mixing device also comprises a mixing member 12 housed in the container 11 and capable of creating the pro cosmetic product in this container 11 from a mixture of water, cosmetic fat and cosmetic active principle, and, where appropriate, cosmetic perfume. According to a preferred embodiment shown in the figures, the container of the mixer device is a removable cylindrical tube closed by a bottom wall to allow the storage of the cosmetic product produced. The mixing member 12 in this embodiment comprises a piston 12a forming the bottom wall of the container 11 and a plurality of radial fins 22a integral with the piston 12a and projecting from the upper face of the piston 12a. The piston 12a is able to be driven in rotation with the fins 22a, when the removable container 11 is mounted on the mixer system, by a toothed ring 23 mounted in a support base 25 of the container 11 coaxially with the latter. The axial teeth 24a of the crown 23 are all located on the same side of the crown 23 and are capable of being coupled to the piston 12a. In addition, the ring gear 23 comprises a portion of axis 24b projecting perpendicularly to the ring 23 and also intended to be coupled by clipping to the piston 12a to facilitate centering of the piston 12a on the ring gear 23 and to prevent any movement of translation of the piston 12a in the container 11 when the piston 12a is rotated. The crown 23 can in turn be rotated by an electric motor secured to the base 25 and controlled by the control means of the mixer system. In addition, the support base 25 is movable in translation to allow the opening or the container 11 to be moved away from or closer to the movable plate 4. Alternatively, the mixing member 12 forming the bottom wall of the container is made in two parts. The first part is the piston 12b in itself which is the bottom wall of the container 11, the piston 12b being in this alternative stationary in rotation. The second part comprises a rod 39 passing axially through the piston 12b at its center, the opposite ends of this rod 39 respectively comprising a mixing disc 28 comprising fins 22b circumferentially integral with this mixing disc 28, and a disc 29 for the driving in rotation of the rod 39, the discs 28, 29 being arranged on either side of the body of the piston 12b. The rotational drive disc 29 is capable of being rotated with the rod 39 and the mixer disc 28 with fins 22b, when the removable container 11 is mounted on the mixer system, by a toothed ring 37 mounted in the base of support 25 of the container 11 coaxially with the latter. The teeth 37a of the crown 37 extend radially on one face of the latter and are capable of being coupled by clipping to the rotational drive disc 29, in oblong orifices 29a provided for this purpose. The crown 37 can in turn be rotated by an electric motor of the mixer system controlled by the control means of the mixer system. The length of the rod 39 is greater than the thickness of the piston 12b. Thus, when the drive disc 29 is clipped onto the crown 37, the mixer disc 28 is moved away from the upper surface of the piston 12b in order on the one hand to avoid any friction of this mixer disc 28 on the upper surface of the piston 12b, and on the other hand to improve the efficiency of the mixing in the container 11, the mixture being sucked through the mixing disc 28. Conversely, when the user removes the container 11 from the base 25 of the mixing system, the teeth 37a of the wheel 37 initially hold the rotational drive disc 29, which causes the movement of the rod 39 relative to the piston 12b, so that the disc 28 with fins 22b comes into contact with the corresponding surface of the piston 12b just before unclipping the rotary drive disc 29. Preferably, the mixing disc 28 with fins 22b can be housed in a housing made in the wall of the piston 12b at the level from the top surface of it. In addition, whatever the alternative embodiment of the piston, the bottom of the container 11 has notches 11a for fitting into corresponding stops on the base 25, which prevents the container 11 from rotating during rotation of the piston 12a or of the mixing disc 28, so that only the latter or the piston 12a rotate. Finally, the shape and position of the fins 22a of the piston 12a or alternatively of the fins 22b of the mixing disc 28 preferably make it possible to produce an emulsion from the fatty phase originating from the fat capsule 7 and from water from the corresponding water compartment. In the following description, we will preferentially speak of an emulsion, but any other type of cosmetic product that is simpler to produce, for example a gel or a lotion, may be with the mixing system. The cosmetic fat contained in the corresponding capsule 7 is in the solid state. To make the mixture of water and cosmetic fat, it is therefore necessary to melt this fat and bring it to a temperature around 75 ° C. A heating resistor 19 is integrated in the compartment 5 of the movable plate 4 of the cosmetic fat capsule 7. This heating resistor 19 has the shape of a tubular ring and is provided to surround the cylindrical wall of the cosmetic fat capsule . Preferably, this electrical resistance 19 comprises an elastic material so that the resistance 19 exerts pressure on the cylindrical wall 30 of the capsule 7 when the latter is housed in its corresponding compartment 5. In addition, as shown in particular in FIG. 1, a heating means 20 for the water controlled by the control means of the mixing system is integrated into the mixing system and connected to the water pump 2 of the mixing system and to the water supply pipe 3. This heating means 20 is preferably an internal electrical resistance heater block. It is preferable at first to make in the container 11 an emulsion of hot water and cosmetic fat and then to cool this emulsion. To do this, the mixing system comprises a hollow block with cooling water circulation 17 partially surrounding the container 11. The water inlet and outlet of this block are connected to the second water compartment of the tank 1 by another pump for cooling the emulsion in the container 11. The amount of emulsion to be cooled being negligible compared to the amount of water in the compartment 28, the circulation of the cooling water in a closed loop is sufficient without risking that this water will overheat. At the end of this cooling, the active principle and the cosmetic perfume are added to the emulsion to form the cosmetic product, by successive forced expulsion of the content of these capsules through the orifices of the corresponding compartments of the movable tray in the container. The mixing system comprises a solenoid valve 15 controlled by the control means and disposed between the water pump 2 and the internal electrical resistance heater block 20 to control the circulation of water in the container 11. To make the connections possible, the inlet and outlet of the solenoid valve are respectively connected to the outlet of the water pump 2 of the mixer system and to the inlet of the heating block 20 via flexible or rigid pipes 16. It is it is also possible to place the solenoid valve elsewhere in the system, in particular between the heating block 20 and the inlet of the water supply pipe. In addition, all connections are made through such flexible or rigid pipes 16, for example polyvinyl chloride. The mixer system also includes a flow meter 21 connected to the outlet of the water pump 2 of the mixer system. As will be seen below, the data of the flow meter 21 are used by the control means to deliver the necessary and sufficient volume of water through the water supply pipe 3 for the manufacture of the cosmetic product. A method of manufacturing a cosmetic product using a mixer system according to the invention will now be described. First, the user puts the base 25 in the low position, if it is not already, and clips the mixing member 12 onto the teeth of the ring gear 23, 37, then it clips the container 11 over the piston 12a, 12b, the piston 12a, 12b then being inside the container 11. It can then mount the base 25 in the high position, the top of the bottle then being just under the movable plate 4. It is also possible to clip the container 11 while the base 25 is in the high position, if the height of the container 11 allows it. The user then turns on the mixing system and initiates, for example by pressing a button provided for this purpose, a cosmetic product manufacturing program saved in a memory space of the mixing system control means, this program being executed by the control means to allow the implementation of the manufacturing process of the cosmetic product. During the first step of the method, the control means controls the rotation of the movable plate 4 so that the compartment 5 of the movable plate 4, intended to receive the cosmetic fat capsule 7, is accessible to the user so that it can accommodate a cosmetic fat capsule 7. In fact, the second support 27 has an opening 38 cut in the wall of the second support 27 from the edge of this wall and allowing successive access to each compartment 5, 6, 10 of the movable plate 4. After a determined time, or alternatively when detection means 40 of the mixer system secured to the second support 27 detect the presence of the cosmetic fat capsule 7, the means control the rotation of the movable plate 4 so that the compartment 6 of the movable plate 4, intended to receive the capsule of cosmetic active principle 8, is opposite the opening e 38 of the second support 27 to be accessible to the user so that he can accommodate a capsule of cosmetic active principle 8. Where appropriate, after detection of this capsule 8 or after expiration of a determined time, the means of control control the rotation of the movable plate 4 so that the compartment 10 of the movable plate 4, intended to receive the cosmetic perfume capsule, is accessible to the user so that he can accommodate a cosmetic perfume capsule therein. Alternatively, it is the user who can control the rotation of the movable plate 4, for example by pressing a button of the mixing system provided for this purpose, to successively introduce the capsules 7, 8 into their corresponding compartment 5, 6 , 10. Preferably, the cosmetic capsules 7, 8 comprise a circular frangible membrane 36 sealing the opening of the cylindrical wall 30 of the capsule located opposite the orifice 33 of the bottom wall 31 of the capsule 7, 8. Each frangible membrane 36 can include a bar code or any other identification means capable of being read by the detection means 40 of the mixer system, in order to determine in particular the type of fat, the type of principle active or type of cosmetic fragrance. To facilitate the bonding of this frangible membrane 36, the cylindrical wall 30 of the capsule 7,8 may include, at its opening opposite the orifice 33 of the bottom wall 31, a fallen edge on which the membrane 36 is glued. After reading the bar code printed on the frangible membrane 36 of the cosmetic fat capsule 7 and during the second step of the process, the mixer system controls the supply of energy to the heating means 19 disposed in the compartment 5 in which the cosmetic fat capsule 7 is housed, so as to melt the cosmetic fat. In parallel, the control means controls the supply of energy to the electrical resistance of the heating block 20 in order to subsequently heat the water which will be brought into the block 20 to a temperature of the order of 90 ° C. The barcode on the capsule 7, 8 also allows the mixing system to calculate the volume of water required which will go into the manufacture of the final product in the container 11. Alternatively, if the detection means detect that the capsule 7 comprises a texturing agent which does not require heating, then neither the water nor the capsule 7 are heated, because the control means will not supply in energy the electrical resistance of the heating block 20 and the heating means 19 of the capsule 7. Thus, the second step of the process is avoided. The pilot control means, during the third step of the method, the rotation of the movable plate 4 so that the outlet 13a of the funnel-shaped compartment 13 is vis-à-vis respectively of the container 11 and from the outlet of the water supply pipe 3. The control means then controls the opening of the solenoid valve 15 and starts the water pump 2 so that a determined volume of hot water calculated at from the data of the flow meter 21 passes through the heating block 20 to be heated to 90 ° C. As soon as the temperature of the water in the heating block reaches 90 ° C., the water flows into the container 11, via the water supply pipe 3. Once this volume of hot water flowing into the container 11, the control means controls the closing of the solenoid valve 15 and of the water pump 2, and stops the supply of energy to the resistance of the water heating block 20. In the alternative or the capsules 7, 8 do not include bar codes, it is the user who chooses via an interface means included in the mixer system on the one hand if the heating of the capsule d texturing agent 7 and water is necessary, and on the other hand the volume of water necessary for the production of the cosmetic product. For example, the mixing system may include a means for selecting a so-called “hot” manufacturing process, a means for selecting a so-called “cold” manufacturing process, and a slider for adjusting the volume of water required. During the fourth step of the method, the control means controls the rotation of the movable plate 4 so that the outlet 5a of the compartment 5 in which the fat capsule 7 is housed is opposite the container 11, and the wall forming the piston 32 of the capsule 7, or more precisely the frangible membrane 36 covering the opening of the cylindrical wall 30 of the capsule 7, is opposite the movable rod 9b of the means pressure expulsion 9. Then, the motor 9a of the pressure expulsion means 9 is started by the control means to vertically move the movable rod 9b towards the wall forming the piston 32 of the capsule 7. The movable rod 9b then tears the frangible membrane 36 and then comes to bear against the piston 32, exerting a pressure on the latter to cause the piercing of the frangible cover 35 of the bottom wall 31 and the forced flow of the cosmetic fat from the capsule 7 in the rec ipient 11. Once the piston wall 32 touches the bottom wall 31 of the capsule 7, the control means controls the ascent of the movable rod 9b by means of the corresponding motor 9a. Concomitantly, or preferably just before the expulsion of the cosmetic fat from the corresponding capsule 7, the control means energizes the motor connected to the toothed wheel 23, 37 to drive the latter in rotation and consequently to rotate the piston 12a and / or the fins 22a, 22b of the mixing device 12 for producing the emulsion from the molten cosmetic fat and hot water contained in the container 11. After a given time, the water pump 18 connected to the second water compartment of the tank 1 and to the cooling water circulation block 17 is started for a given time to cool the emulsion in the container 11 during the fifth step of the process. Once the cooling time has elapsed and the emulsion has reached a temperature of around 40 ° C, the sixth step of the method is implemented: the control means optionally stops the connected water pump 18 to the cooling water circulation block 17 and controls the rotation of the movable plate 4 so that the outlet 6a of the compartment 6 in which the capsule of active principle 8 is housed is opposite the container 11, and that the wall forming the piston 32 of the capsule 8, or more precisely the frangible membrane 36 covering the opening of the cylindrical wall 30 of the capsule 8, either opposite the movable rod 9b of the pressure expulsion means 9. Then, the motor 9a of the pressure expulsion means 9 is started by the control means to vertically move the movable rod 9b towards the wall forming the piston 32 of the capsule 8. The movable rod 9b then tears the membrane frangible 36 then comes in a ppui against the piston 32, exerting a pressure on the latter to cause the piercing of the frangible cover 35 of the bottom wall 31 and the forced flow of the cosmetic active ingredient from the capsule 8 into the container 11. Once the wall forming piston 32 touches the bottom wall 31 of the capsule 8, the control means controls the ascent of the movable rod 9b via the corresponding motor 9a. The electric motor which drives the piston 12a and the fins 22a or alternatively the mixing disc 28 and the fins 23b of the rotating mixing member 12 remains powered, allowing the cosmetic active ingredient to be incorporated into the emulsion. Optionally, if the user initially chose an advanced program of the mixer system, the movable plate 4 is driven in rotation by the corresponding motor so as to make accessible the compartment 6 intended to accommodate an active ingredient capsule 8 by the user. The latter can then remove the active ingredient capsule 8 used and install a new one. The sixth step is then repeated, so that the final cosmetic product comprises two cosmetic active principles with different and / or complementary virtues. Alternatively, the sixth step is repeated after the seventh step which will be described below, that is to say after the introduction of the cosmetic perfume into the container 11. During the seventh step of the method, the control means controls the rotation of the movable plate 4 so that the outlet of the compartment 10 in which the perfume capsule is housed is opposite the container 11, and that the piston wall 32 of the capsule, or more precisely the frangible membrane 36 covering the opening of the cylindrical wall 30 of the capsule, is opposite the movable rod 9b of the pressure expulsion means 9. Then, the motor of the pressure expulsion means 9 is started by the control means to vertically move the movable rod 9b towards the wall forming the piston 32 of the capsule. The movable rod 9b then tears the frangible membrane 36 and then comes to bear against the piston 32, exerting a pressure on the latter to cause the piercing of the frangible cover 35 of the bottom wall 31 and the forced flow of the cosmetic perfume of the capsule in the container 11. Once the piston wall 32 touches the bottom wall 31 of the capsule, the control means controls the ascent of the movable rod 9b by means of the corresponding motor 9a. The electric motor which drives the piston 12a and the fins 22a or alternatively the mixing disc 28 and the fins 23b of the mixing member 12 in rotation remains powered, allowing the incorporation into the emulsion of the cosmetic perfume. Alternatively, if no perfume capsule is detected in the corresponding compartment 10, the seventh step of the process does not take place. During the eighth step of the method, the control means de-energizes the motor intended to drive the ring gear 23, 37, which puts the piston 12a and / or the fins 22a, 22b of the mixer member 12 when stopped, when the cosmetic product reaches a temperature below 35 ° C, even 30 ° C, or after a determined time. The user can then recover the container 11 with the piston 12a, 12b which acts as the bottom wall. A lid can be placed on the opening of the container 11 to protect the cosmetic product from air and keep it. More specifically, the user lowers the base 25, clips the cover onto the container 11 and unclips the container 11 from the ring gear 23, 37. Advantageously, the user can use the container 11 removed from the mixer system and filled with the cosmetic product produced using the mixer system as a storage and dispensing bottle for the cosmetic product. To do this, a head closes the opening of the container 11 opposite the piston 12a, 12b, this head comprising a cosmetic product dispensing pump provided with a trigger which can be actuated manually. In addition, the head comprises a rigid tube immersed in the cosmetic product. This dispensing pump head and trigger is well known to those skilled in the art, and is found, for example, on certain bottles of cosmetic creams. When the user presses the trigger, a volume of cosmetic product is dispensed from the head. When the user releases the trigger, a depression in the container 11 is created, which causes the piston 12a, 12b in the container 11 to move in the direction of the head, to fill the volume of cosmetic product dispensed. The free end of the rigid tube secured to the head will therefore always be immersed in the cosmetic product. The configuration of the mixer system of the invention is not limited to the embodiment described above and shown in the figures. It has been given only as a non-limiting example. Multiple modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the container 11 of the mixing device can be non-removable and the mixing member 12 then comprises a propeller mounted at the bottom of the container 11 on an axis coaxial with the latter. This axis is mounted in the bottom wall of the container 11 and is capable of being driven by an electric motor mounted in the mixer system and controlled by the control system of the mixer system. In addition, in order to recover the cosmetic product produced in a storage bottle, the container 11 comprises a timed valve in its bottom wall to allow the flow of the emulsion by gravity. Alternatively, this valve can be actuated manually, and the cosmetic product flows by gravity into the bottle if the latter is relatively fluid, or by overpressure applied in the container 11 by an appropriate hydraulic or pneumatic system if the product is too thick or viscous. . Finally, one could imagine a cooling block 17 without circulation of water, this block 17, comprising a cold accumulating liquid, being placed in the freezer before using the mixing system. In this case, the liquid tank 1 is with a single compartment and the second water pump 18 is not necessary. Finally, one could imagine replacing the water heating block 20 by a heating means of the electrical resistance type housed in the funnel-shaped compartment 13, so as to heat the water flowing in the shaped compartment. funnel 13 directly into the latter.
